Green in colour and green for the environment. 
This piece was once a mexican pine locker headed for the landfill. With a few adjustments and some TLC its an end table with some great storage, perfect for keeping those snuggly blankets close by.
I was thinking about keeping the doors but once I saw this basket by @paulcostelloe I knew what the table was missing.
Preparation is the most time consuming part of an upcycle but worth every minute for the perfect finish. First I said buh-bye to the doors and the old hardware, followed by sanding and fill before it was painted in Annie Sloan #amsterdamgreen using my favourite @twofussyblokes rollers. I replaced the old hardware with a contrasting gold handle and added a new floor and back with ply.
